You just have to buy your own lock and key for your wall locker. The RENT is $650 for a shared room or $850 for private room which includes utilities and internet .
About the roomies The tenants are friendly and very clean. Some work and some are retired. I’ve never had a problem with the tenants. This is a drug free, mature women only. The tenants treat the home like it’s their own.
