Small sized room for rent. It’s a good room for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff and/or has a storage unit. Somebody with a lot of stuff to move in would not be a good match. It’s really a small room. Clean and organized person preferred. The room has a futon bed which can be a couch or a bed. It has a small dresser and a bedside table. The tapestry on the wall can be taken down and you are allowed to hang up your own pictures in the room. The house is a double wide mobile home in a safe and beautiful community. Sea Air Village. You pay 20 percent of wifi and electric which will run anywhere from $35 to $80 depending on the season. (Heating is more expensive than central air) Smoking in enclosed porch only. Shared bathroom with 2 other roommates. Other roommates are respectful, considerate and keep the common areas clean. Laundry in the house. Use of kitchen with fridge and cupboard space of your own. You get a key to the door to your room and you can lock it behind you when you go out to ensure privacy and security from other roommates. (Not that you need it cause they wouldn’t go into your room anyway. They aren’t that kind of people.) Parking is a quarter block away in a community parking space. It’s very safe and pretty here. Pool, gym, clubhouse and social events almost weekly in the Summer. A couple of miles away from Rehoboth Beach/boardwalk. Close to 2 of the Tanger Outlet shopping centers and the mobile park is right off Route 1. Behind PNC bank and the Outlet Liquor store. It’s close to everything. 2 Wawas, Walmart, restaurants and a whole lot of stores. There are 2 friendly dogs that live in the house. I can’t have any more dogs in the house so sorry, I cannot have another dog in the house. My lot lease forbids more than 2 dogs. No partiers or drinkers, please. No couples. Must have a clean background record as you will need to go through a background check with the leasing office and that runs $50 that is nonrefundable. This is not a credit check. I have the month to month lease open for 3 months minimum up to a year or beyond. Available April 12th.

There are 3 of us who will be living in the house. One male and two females. It’s a calm atmosphere. We all do our own thing but we get along and cohabitate very well. We all mind our own business. We are all in our 50s.
