Room for rent in downtown Merced. The room is fully furnished with a dresser, side table, a desk and CalKing bed. PG&E will be split by residents. All other bills are included (internet, water/garbage). This room is a single occupancy room, so only one tenant at a time. LGBTQ+ safe space. Transgender identities welcomed. The entire home is fully furnished with cookware and has a washer/dryer in house. Street parking only.
