This is a clean, quiet, low-traffic household best suited for someone with a stable routine who values a calm living environment. Shared spaces are kept clean and respected. Occasional guests are fine, but this is not a high-traffic home. Drug-free home. Moderate, responsible alcohol use only. Excessive or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Home is not childproofed and not suitable for minors.
