1 Room for rent, in 3 Bedroom 2 bath house. Rent is $550, but I offer a $50 discount if paid on or before the 1st of each month. Current female House manager would like to rent out the 3rd bedroom. You will have room and shared hall bathroom. Access kitchen, plus washer and dryer. The room is currently furnished with a bed, dresser and nightstand.

Co-Ed Home
I am the owner and landlord. I do not live at the home but come and go to check on property and visit with roommates. Currently there is a 41 year old lady that rents the a bedroom. She has her small service dog to keep her company. She also has four year old pitbull that will also begin training to be a service dog. The pitbull is very friendly . She is in process of moving out by mid October.
The master bedroom is occupied by a 59 year old man that stays to himself and works full-time days. He is only home evenings, plus his days off Wednesday and Thursday.
