(One room has twin bed and the other has full bed.) This room has the twin bed.

Co-Ed Home
I am the owner and landlord. I do not live at the home but come and go to check on property and visit with roommates. Currently there is a 40-year lady that rents the master bedroom and is full time online student with several medical disabilities that requires roommates with compassion. She has her small service dog to keep her company. She also has two year old pitbull that will also begin training to be a service dog. The pitbull is only part time visitor.
The other roommate is 50-year-old veteran. He is clean, responsible and respectful. He is also a student studying at Estrella College. He tends to keep to himself and helps maintain the yard.
