Three story house near Fort Vancouver area, Vancouver Washington. Great neighborhood. I’m an occupied owner who is a seasonal worker in Stehekin Washington. This is a 3 story house. The room for rent is on the main level. 2 rooms are upstairs available too. Basement has the laundry room and some additional storage space. My room is on main level. Home for 4 to 6 months. House will also be occupied by 2 others. I request tidiness in the common areas. Main level has TV and dining area, kitchen, and then another sitting area near fireplace. Very close to the Columbia River, near downtown Vancouver, restaurants, and attractions. Laundry room available, along with some storage space in basement, and common area is furnished…. this includes kitchen items. The room is small with a closet, queen bed, and shelving, with dark curtains to help with summer sunlight. I have no current pictures as I still have my previous renter. Looking for a quiet person. I have a big screen tv that we share time and space with. I love birds and wildlife. I’m a walker and backpacker. We contribute money for the pellet stove in the winter. There also is heat and air conditioning in common area. The rent includes utilities. I look forward to hearing from you.
I have 2 rooms available upstairs adjoining and want to rent out both together. I have the adjacent room that I’m renting out on the main level. We are very good about sharing space and working together. Non smoker and no gatherings or parties here. An occasional friend to visit is fine if given notice. There is plenty of room in the backyard. I would prefer someone to stay at least 4 to 6 months.
