Quiet neighborhood with decent city access. Large kitchen with beautiful tile floors. The unfinished basement provides a large amount of storage. Home is fully furnished (including washer and dryer), but bedroom will be unfurnished at move-in date. (If you would like to bring your own furniture, there is plenty of room to move things around or move items into storage.)

2 actors in their mid 20’s (Cis-male and trans-femme non-binary). Spend a fair amount of time working away from the house, but also enjoy a movie/game night.

One roommate is a voice teacher and does hold 1-hour lessons in the home 2-3 times per week.

Generally very tidy, self-sufficient, and respectful people to live with.
