Lovely property in a quiet complex. There is a nice pool, community garden, fitness center, grill/picnic and hammock area available to residents. Package lockers are utilized as well. Apartment has very spacious floor plan. You will have a full, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with large vanity and mirror. (Apartment is furnished, bedroom is completely unfurnished.) But my favorite part of the apartment is the sun room. I hope it can be a comfy space for you to relax in each day.

Your move in date will be on or after June 1st. If you can commit to subleasing by May 20th, you only pay a $200 deposit. Commitments on or after May 20th will require a $450 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to first month’s rent. (This is to ensure people follow through with moving in if I hold the room for them.)

↣ Prefer a female roommate, but open to a male roommate if good fit.

↣ Pets need to be disclosed and discussed. I do have a sweet declawed and neutered boy cat. Additional pet fees from the complex will apply.

↣ Clean - keep common areas clear and clean. Clean up after yourself, wipe up spills, throw away trash, don’t leave dishes in the sink excessively, etc. We can discuss our level of cleanliness more specifically when we chat. I am no neat freak, but also like to have a space that doesn’t give loads of anxiety and stress.

↣ Friendly- Definitely looking for a roommate that could also be a friend. We don’t have to be besties, but I prefer to live with someone who will not remain a stranger after an months of living together.

Your share of the bills will be as follows:

↣ Internet = $30 / month

↣ Rent is $802.50 / month

↣ Additional Fees $66 / month

Additional fees are mandatory for the complex. These include pest control, parcel service, valet trash, and rental liability.

Water, electric, and gas are seperate utilities. Usually for all of rent, utilities, and fees, you should budget ~$1000.

❗️You will be signing an agreement with me and be subjected to a backround check & credit check. Also, a big bonus if you can give me one previous roommate reference (letter or contact info) to that bills were paid on time and rooming with you was pleasant. Lease goes until October 2024 and I might be renewing it for an additional 12-15 months. Minimum stay required is 3 months. Please message any questions you may have about the space and so we can learn a bit about each other. After that, an in-person meet up in a public space and a tour of the apartment if all goes well!

Once you have signed a rental agreement and paid your deposit, I will hold the room for you to move in!

I am a 27 year old female looking for a roommate who is responsible, easy-going, and a good communicator. I have an ESA cat named Bailey. He is very friendly and loves to cuddle. He is declawed so any free-roaming pets would need to be discussed and introduced. If you bring any pet, the complex has a $350 pet fee and $27/month pet rent.

I am a gymnastics coach/director so my work hours will vary from 9am-5pm or 12pm-9pm M-F and sometimes the weekends as well. I used to be a singer and performer, so I do teach the occasional voice lesson (rarely at the apartment). But I love a good Karaoke night!

House rules are flexible and can be discussed with prospective roommates. This will include things like: cleaning up, having parties, quiet hours, paying bills, etc. I’m generally pretty easy going, but communication is key! I can’t respect your living preferences if we don’t talk about them.

I’m hoping whoever moves in is looking for a living situation that could develop into a small friendship as well. 🙂
