The house is <5 minutes from Old Town Arvada (Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Shops, Live Music, etc.), 3 minutes to a light rail station and about 10 min from Tennyson & RiNo. Bates park is in the neighborhood, and there’s a King Soopers within walking distance.

The property has a huge backyard which features mature trees and lush grass. Plenty of room for gardening or back yard activities. We’ve got a fire pit, and patio furniture out there now, that you are welcome to share.

Utilities are included in the $850 rent price. There is ample street parking. The property also includes in-unit laundry, A/C & heating. Additional storage is available in the large (and lockable) sheds in the backyard.
