I am looking for two roommates to live with me in my Arvada home, steps from Homestead Park. No pets, please. Heads up that I’ll be running a full background & credit check on applicants through a separate platform, potential tenants will pay this fee.

About the space: The spacious master bedroom is $875/mo, 12’ x 12’ with two big windows facing the back & side yards! It’s got a double closet with built-in shelves.

Utilities are not included. We have already hooked up to super fast wifi and we’ll split that cost.

The home has a large, updated kitchen with tons of cabinet space, an additional full-sized standalone freezer, updated bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer! No more coins for laundry!

I am also open to renting the master and second rooms out to the same person if you’d like a spare bedroom or to use the second bedroom as office space for $1,650/month.
