Milam Street

I’m looking for a roommate to take over a free room in my Knox Henderson house. The house is located in a really cute and friendly part of the neighborhood and is only a few minutes walk from Old Monk/Barcelona Wine Bar/Spider Murphy’s. You’d have your own fully furnished room, bathroom, and shared office space (pictures below), as well as a huge backyard and parking space. There’s also a washer and dryer in the house (and a very good water heater).

I already have one well-trained Aussie named Ziggy, so no other pets is preferable but I’d be open to another well-behaved dog. Rent would be $1650 before utilities, which are usually around $150 per person. The room is available for move-in now.

A little about me: I’m a 23 year old young professional working in furniture design (I work in person 9-5 Monday-Friday). I love cooking, going out with friends, and taking my dog on adventures. I’m a super clean and respectful roommate, and I’m looking to live with someone who’s also tidy and quiet.
