The room is in a spacious home in which every tenant has their own lease. The furniture shown in room can be removed or left in place. Four others live here. Flexible month-to-month lease but I prefer someone who is wanting to stay at least three months. Asking for security deposit equal to the first month’s rent and the first month’s rent (prorated) upon move in. My screening process begins with several questions via messenger and includes a background check with potentially previous landlord reference (no cost to you). Available for showings after May 1st. I can’t hold for anyone and I’m looking to fill asap. Can not accept graveyard shift workers.
