I have a master bedroom with its own bathroom for rent in the Regency area. The name of the complex is Colonnade at Regency Apartments. The rent is $675 plus the cost of all the utilities. If you are a couple, the cost for the rent will be an additional $60 plus 2/3 of the cost of electricity and half of all the other utilities. There is a $400 deposit which will be returned to you on the day you move out.

You will have access to all the common areas. LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, financially stable, and organized. The room will be available on October 1st. The current roommate will be moving out by September 18. You are welcome to start moving as early as the 18th if you need to.

Ocular viewing schedule are as follows:

• 9/8 Thursday 6pm
• 9/9 Friday 5:30pm
• 9/10 Saturday 3pm

Please let me know if you will be doing an ocular view and your chosen schedule.
