Nice quiet room, can use guest room to work or relax, furnished room with bed, closet, table, chair, lamp, etc. Parking in driveway. OK to use kitchen but only for quick cooking or on agreement. About the roomies
Parents and a daughter live in the house with 3 dogs and 3 cats. We also have chickens. Son is coming sometimes and will use same bathroom.
