This apartment is an incredibly accessible central location with several shopping and entertainment plazas nearby! Even if you don’t have a car, this apartment is also by some major bus lines too. There are laundry facilities and a pool on site, and they are working on finishing up the gym for residents.

Rent in of itself is 649 a month, 1 reserved parking space comes with the apartment, but we do have a 2nd parking space that is paid for monthly, more details provided upon further interest. Utilities unfortunately are separate, and it usually is around $100-$150 extra a month, hence why the listing says $850 combined with rent and parking fees. The entire apartment is nearly 1100 sqft and you’ll actually be getting the larger (unfurnished) private room with a walk-in closet, and the rest of the space- the kitchen, living room, and 1.5 bathrooms is communal. There is plenty of storage with 3 extra closets, 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs, and the kitchen has plenty of pantry space for food. It recently got renovated so it’s all newer appliances and hardwood floors which is really nice!

When applying, the leasing office does require a $50 application fee, your credit score has to be 600 or above, they are asking for both rental history and for you to have rental insurance that covers $100k minimum, we have to prove we have a combined income of 3x the rent or more, etc. If this sounds like the place for you, ask any questions you might have and for some pictures and we can get into the details to see if you’re what I’m looking for!
