Only 15 minutes walking distance away from Rhode Island hospital if you are interviewing for Brown University medical school or residency program. Nothing fancy, just a basic room in a great thriving area. You will be renting just one of three private bedrooms, sharing one full bathroom and common kitchen area on the 2nd floor. The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, TV, and WIFI. This room includes all utilities, and free laundry. There is a common area in the basement with a basic workout room. This is a thriving area with lots of building going on. Trader Joe’s market, footbridge connecting to downtown, waterfronts, restaurants, Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design, hospitals, Brown medical schools, all within walking distances away. You can take a ferry boat to Newport during scheduled season, the ferry landing is 5 minutes walk away from my building. Please call me with any questions.
