This is an upcoming area for Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design, and professionals. Walking distances to downtown, hospitals, walking/bike paths, concert venues, and waterfronts. Nothing fancy just a basic room in a great area. This is one of three private rooms on the 2nd floor, sharing a common eat-in kitchen and one full bath with tub shower, sink, and toilet. This apartment is rented out mostly to Brown students, professors, working professionals, students, long-term roomies, and temporary travelers. There’s a Trader Joe’s market located just around the corner. The room comes furnished, full size bed, working desk, TV, closet, WIFI, secured locked room, and includes all utilities and free laundry in the basement. Location is key if you’re working somewhere close to downtown, hospitals, attending Brown University, or Rhode School of Design.
At this time, only one of the rooms is occupied by a Brown grad student. The rooms are mostly occupied by young professionals and Brown graduate students. More information available upon request.
