A newly renovated three bedroom unit in west Logan square! Beautiful large windows throughout. Hardwood floors, storage in the back, centra AC/heat, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. MUST HAVE ZELLE that is how rent to our landlord is paid monthly. Unit 2F, up one small flight of stairs. Bedroom advertised is off the living room, receives the best natural light out of the three bedrooms. One polite female cat, no other pets heavily preferred.

I’m 25, a bartender and a server so I hold a pretty busy schedule. I have the middle bedroom. I’ve been here over a year, and really like the unit so im trying to bring on like minded and responsible people to enjoy the space with me! Im an artist and like to cook. My other roommate is a personal trainer and cashier, so again, busy busy! She has the room off the kitchen. We are both friendly and like to chat a while when our paths cross!
