Available August 28th: I am looking for a tenant for one of my spare bedrooms, i would prefer someone who is a medical student, travel nurse or young professional females only. Rent would be $750 with a $450 security deposit including all utilities, wifi, use of washer and dryer. NO PETS please. NO smoking please ! located near Merrill and Ft. Caroline area. Also tenant must be clean, and willing to help around the house if appliances are used! please only message with serious inquires! will be required for a background check for my safety, and will be ask to provide proof of job! only looking to lease for about 6-9 months!

I am a military spouse:) . I love to adventure here in FL, the beach is about 15 mins! and I am close to all major hospitals, shopping centers, restaurants. I am very youthful as well, love meeting new people.
