About the room

I’m looking for a last roommate to fill the extra bedroom in a 3bed/3 bath townhome condominium. You would have a private bedroom large enough for a Queen bed and a desk. Closet has custom shelving built right in. Your bathroom would be a hall bath and share only with guests (if we have any or they will use any of our respective bathrooms) essentially making this bathroom private. Utilities are $100/mo flat which includes and gated PARKING is available for $100/mo.

About the roomies

I am a mid 30’s Sales exec that works from home most of the time and I enjoy cooking and eating out with friends. Other roomie is 30’s Sales mgr who also works from home. We are both quiet and respectful of each other’s space and will enjoy dinner gatherings on occasion.
