The townhouse is located on a safe and quiet street near 18th and Wharton 19146 minutes from American Sardine bar and the Orange line/bus lines to the city. Parking is permit marking but free on our street and several surrounding streets. Rent will include ALL utilities including internet!! First/Last and Security in equal parts of the rent due prior to move-in. Background and Credit check is required.

Living with you will be two females in late 20’s occupying the other half of the 2nd fl & 3rd floor. Everyone in the house is a working professional and have hybrid schedules throughout the week. One works in healthcare and other is in graphic design. Roomies are quite during the weekdays and both enjoy cooking. Would love to have someone that vibes well.
