Large private room (14’x11.5’) with closet (5.5’x3’) in Middletown CT close to downtown and Wesleyan University. House is a 3300 sq ft sitting on 3 acres of land. The room is empty, however I have furnishings like a bed, dresser, desk, end tables etc if needed. The house is Located in a quiet neighborhood, big back yard, off street parking, back deck with grill and fire pit, also a screened in porch on second floor. Full access to kitchen, shared bathroom with one other room mate and other common areas.

$800 per month plus utility, first months and one months security required at signing.

Criminal background check needed.

Currently have 2 room mates, and looking for 1 more quiet friendly individual to move in. Please no couples. Students welcome.
