Master bedroom (15.5’x11.5’) with closet (5.5’x3’) in Middletown CT close to downtown and Wesleyan University. House is a 3300 sq ft sitting on 3 acres of land. The room is empty, however I have furnishings like a bed, dresser, desk, end tables etc if needed. The house is Located in a quiet neighborhood, big back yard, off street parking, back deck with grill and fire pit, also a screened in porch on second floor. Full access to kitchen, shared bathroom with one other room mate and other common areas.

$900 per month plus utility, first months and one months security required at signing. Utility is 150$ per month.

I offer 6 month or 1 year leases only. Criminal background check needed, and 1 reference i can contact. Please no one older than 35 years old.

2 male room mates in the house, one 28 and one 25. We all work and enjoy our down time at the house. Looking for one friendly individual to make it a full house.
