Hello I have a private room available starting Nov 1st. Room includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a Himalayan salt lamp, a standard lamp, two night stands, dresser, a closet, a space heater, a small fan, a small mini fridge and a small work desk. Those that rent by Nov 8th get a free bottle of wine or 6 pick of beer or 12 pack of your choice of soda. Outside in backyard there is access to a nice porch area, putt putt golf area, trampoline, fire pit, grill area, knife and axe throwing range area and small hot tub. WiFi and utilities included. Laundry on property too. Renters that rent and commit to more than two months will get $50 dollars off their first months rent.
I work in the solar industry and do real estate. I have other renters on this property who are well behaved and nice. I also have a nice well behaved pit bull who loves people on the property named Rocco.
