154th Street East

I’m just on here to let y’all know do not rent from Akanksha or Aman in Bonney Lake on 154th street. My mother was just renting a room there and it was terrible, the current other tenants (a family) rent out the entire upstairs and are nasty and very noisy and inconsiderate and there’s cameras everywhere and ridiculous rules about when you can and can’t do things such as wash or use the kitchen etc and it’s a very unenjoyable environment. The house was built cheaply and you can hear everything, the kid does karate upstairs and their dog pees everywhere and they don’t follow any rules.. yet my 58 year old, nice, quiet mother was always ridiculed if she did anything ever… it’s insane there. The owners started with saying $850 for rent and seemed like nice people then raised it to $1150 RIGHT BEFORE SHE MOVED IN and everything was very crappy from that point on. They started with saying 8something for rent and seemed like nice people then raised it to $1100 right before she moved in and everything was crappy from that point on.
