Out of respect for those who are seeking housing, which I know is hard to find these days, I figure it’s best to save us both time and start with the hard-line questions that would be deal breakers to entry here:
- One roommate here keeps a small cat (in her room) and she has a lovable dog. I am allergic to cats and I have common area furniture that I would quite sad if it was destroyed by a cat so that’s the reason why the cats in her room.
- Nothing other than a single adult occupant per room
- No storage of personal belongings outside of your room (cookware and toiletries exempt, of course)
- Use the space this platform has given you to sell yourself as a roommate and >>fill out your profile<<, including a photo and important/useful information about you to encourage a response.
- You must be cooperative with screening questions to continue, but I’d prefer you fill out the questionnaire on my website link below (it’s the same questions I’ll ask and probably easier).
Please note: the photos of the kitchen were taken while under construction, so excuse anything slightly out of place! The main photo is also of a smaller bedroom since I don’t have a picture of the larger room that this listing is for.

A Few House Rules
Respect first. Everything starts there.
Communicate clearly. Don’t assume — ask and clarify (and your lease requires it).
Maintain trust. Be dependable and conscientious.
Quiet hours must be respected to accommodate differing schedules.
Collaborative housekeeping is required — each resident participates in a rotating weekly cleaning schedule for kitchen, bathroom, and shared spaces per lease requirements.
Clean as you finish cooking (not eating). No soaking dishes; leave the space ready for the next person immediately.
Conserve utilities. Everyone benefits when we’re mindful of power and water use.
Lease violations are issued for consistent failure to follow house rules — so this home is best for those who value structure, respect, and accountability from their roommates.
