Walking distance to the Greenway walking trail. Washer and dryer in unit. 2 reserved parking spaces in front of unit. Private bathroom right next to bedroom.

It’s just me and my dog; she’s a small corgi mix and gets alone with anyone. I’m a 33 year old man, and I work from home 75% of the time (the 3rd bedroom is my office). I’m pretty quiet most of the time, my partying days are behind me at this point lol. I’d love to be friends with my roommate but I’m alright with it if they would prefer to keep to themselves as well. Cannabis friendly. Can not accommodate cats because I am allergic.
