About the room: Room available in a 2 bd/2.5 ba townhouse off of Kimball Bridge Rd in Alpharetta. Located about 5-10 minutes from Avalon, Northpoint Mall, downtown Alpharetta, and exits 9 and 10 off 400, this room has a private bathroom inside the room itself, as well as a small walk-in closet with ample space for storing clothes and other stuff. Some features: Spacious kitchen with lots of light; cozy and warm living room; 9-10 ft ceilings throughout the house; back patio with lots of shade; washer/dryer located on 2nd floor between the two bedrooms, making laundry much easier; great neighbors and neighborhood. Walking distance to Waters Road Park, the Greenway walking trail/park, and a small enclosed dog park.

About me: I’m a 36 year old guy working as an analyst at a consulting firm. I work Mon-Thurs at the office so I’m gone most of the day. When at home I’m pretty laid back. I enjoy spending time with people and socializing but I also respect people’s need for space and peace in their home. I have a small dog, Roscoe. He is about 1.5 years old and weighs around 25 lbs and very friendly. I’d prefer my roommate not to have another dog unless we can see ahead of time if that dog and Roscoe get along. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cat, sorry. I’m willing to consider other pets on a case by case basis. Feel free to reach out if you have questions!
