There is no kitchen available but there is a medium size refrigerator, a microwave, a sink in the hallway with a brand new dish rack. Utilities ALL INCLUDED. The tenants in the front have there own entrance. The property has a private community pool & jacuzzi. There is also a private community pool table in the main office for tenants to use. The beach is only about 15 minutes away and there are markets and lots of local restaurants that is walkable about 5 minutes away.
I am looking for a quiet and respectful roommate. This property has mostly elderly people that are very kind and to themselves. I travel a lot for work and sometimes the neighbors are nice enough to water my garden while Iām gone.
