This spacious home is located in private neighborhood it has 2 living rooms, high ceiling, back yard, from yard, plenty of parking (no street cleaning), end of a cul de sac with a private trail to the park.
Master room w/ bedroom- $1,400
Middle room (medium size)- $1,200
Smaller room- $1,050
Water, Gas, Trash, Electricity, WiFi all included in rent.
About the roomies
There will be currently no living there as of January 31. The 3 bedroom home will be available for 3 people to rent start February 1. Looking for 3 roommates that are clean, respectful, quiet, willing to team up, on time with rent, can properly communicate if there was any issues.
