Hello 👋 The room includes: A full bed, a bedframe, a chair, 2 small bedside tables, a lamp, a pillow, and bed cover. The room is nearby the laundry room and the bathroom. There’s enough spacious parking in the area. The area of the property is pretty quiet and placed between the colleges. I’d say like 5 mins or 10 mins to one of the colleges.

Hello I’m the home owner’s daughter, my name is Mallerly and I’m a college student, and clinical worker. As of right now, I’m the only one living on the property, the homeowners live on a different property and will occasionally come by to check the house. We are looking for a college student that are responsible, clean, and easy to communicate with. If you’re interested to see the room in person, we are only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
