This is a lovely, well-kept and “smart” home in a wonderful, safe, quiet, well-manicured neighborhood, convenient to all of I-25, northern Denver metro areas, groceries, walk paths, parks and shopping. Private 1600+ ft basement apartment with small but well-stocked galley kitchen, (newer small appliances provided for your cooking pleasure.) Full size fridge, your own bathroom and living room with very comfy furniture and big screen HD TV. (Incredible, deluxe, safety-sealed memory mattress.) Also a gym with some nice equipment and big TV, and a regulation pool table. Washer, dryer, gorgeous private back yard filled w flowers. Reliable high-speed internet, multiple TV’s, several streaming channels included. Already completely furnished, so seeking someone unencumbered by a lot of stuff. (There’s literally NO room for more furniture.) Living conditions here are very comfortable and pleasant, wanting to find a considerate grown-up who appreciates that. You’ll have most of the space to yourself, (aside from us needing to access our pantry.) No yardwork, voice controlled lights and your own Robo-vacuum even cleans up your crumbs! Rent negotiable for lower price for a roomie who’s gone a lot!

We’re generally cheerful, relaxed and fun people with good sense of humor. Not regular partyers, but definitely not uptight either. We keep up our home nicely, and are considerate, polite and helpful. Our only actual hang-up is that I’m allergic and passionately hate smoke of all kinds, so will only rent to non-smokers. Must feel comfortable with pets since we have dogs and cats, hoping to find someone who doesn’t.
