Centre Avenue

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. The available bedroom is beside the living room and close to the bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom has 2 6ft. windows for great natural light. I have also left a twin-sized bed, desk, stool, and shelves perfect for a student. The best part is the large double closet. The living room is clean and does not have a lot of furniture since we were minimalists so you have space to decorate if you’d like. There is also a wall of mirrors making the living room look more spacious than it already is. The bathroom is average size with a tub and shower, sink, toilet, and cabinets. The kitchen is average size as well with enough counter space to cook, microwave, fridge, sink/garbage disposal, dishwasher, and cabinet space. The building itself is nice with a trash chute on every floor, pool, parking(extra fee), tennis court, grassy areas, lounge areas, computers area, pool table, gym, and laundry room. Walking distance to downtown Pittsburgh and Duquesne University. Also to be transparent, the bills usually come out to $200 at most for 2 people and the parking (a private sheltered spot which is nice with Pittsburgh winters) is about $140 per month. Building asks for paystubs to show you make up to 3x the rent. The Management is really kind and understanding to students.

I am moving due to family obligations. My roommate is super kind and understanding. She is in her late 20s. She appreciates a quiet and chill environment. No parties, pets, or smoking. Looking for someone year-round. She speaks English and Mandarin.
