First thing I should highlight which I think is the most important is that I have several properties dedicated for roommates. You won’t be living with a family and having to walk on eggshells. My properties are all equally shared.
They’re designed as work houses and places for people to get on their feet while transitioning to something better for their growth. Whether it’s 6 months or 6 years it doesn’t matter.
We are here to help you so you can better help yourself.
We have a strict no party policy. Our properties are in nice neighborhoods usually very quiet and always extremely safe.
The homes are in mint condition and fully remodeled.
Our homes are also divided up by older folks, all female houses, and some all male houses.
We have some master bedrooms with private baths available and some with shared bath.
We always have a minimum of two refrigerators in some cases three to help mitigate refrigerator space issues between roommates.
Our minimum air conditioning temperature setting is a wider range than other rental properties. It’s Arizona it gets hot and we want you to be comfortable
It’s included with maid services once a month to make sure the properties stay looking fresh and clean.
In some cases we have additional garage space which can be purchased for your vehicle if you choose
Some properties have Multiple living room entertainment areas so it never feels crowded.
Some have a pool and some do not.
Extremely safe area. You can walk to most of the stores. Literally walking distance from the Grocery stores, Banks, coffee shops, Medical, restaurants with less than a 5-minute Drive access to everything else such as big box retailers
Surprise is one of the safest nicest and cleanest areas in Arizona.
This is a property you can be proud to say where you live at. It’s a great opportunity for folks that need a little relief to get back on their feet, just starting out, in town for work or college students without compromising security and safety.
Software developer and circuit board engineer I do a lot of prototyping from home and I also like to travel a little bit but you won’t be staying with me. You will be staying with other awesome roommates that I have vetted heavily. You are going to find yourself surrounded by like-minded people who just want to get a good foothold so they can continue exploring better living situations for their future.
