Fully furnished, master bedroom suite with one walk-in closet and secondary closet. Double-sink vanity and separate toilet/shower room. Shared spaces include kitchen, laundry, and yard (willing to negotiate rent in exchange for regular lawn maintenance). Neighborhood is very quiet and only six miles north of Denver proper. Multiple parks with lakes/ponds in close proximity.

There are currently three roomies through Jan 3, then there will be two. I spend very little time at home, usually do laundry during the week in the early mornings, but will communicate my use of all shared space to minimize overlap. I spend my free time at the gym, reading, or with my family.
