Center Avenue

The house is a double wide trailer. I have 3 rooms available. 2 medium sized rooms. One medium sized furnished $800- celestrial blue room. (Twin bed, Chest of drawers, nightstand, mirror, rug and curtains.) Unfurnished medium sized $750- wine room. Unfurnished small room $600- olive green room Shared bathroom. Bedrooms have just been painted. Open closets since doors kept coming off tracks. 2 of the rooms need minor window/closet maintenance that will happen soon. Jacuzzi tub in shared bathroom will be getting fixed, eventually. I have a very calm dog but I will not allowed any other dogs since there is a number limit on how many I can have in my house. No cats, either. Smoking out in enclosed porch. (Also being worked on) No drugs. No heavy alcohol. Must be working outside of home. References from job and last landlord. Sea Air Village Mobile park home. Must pay $20 for background criminal check to live here by park leasing agent. Non refundable. Not a credit check. Super nice park. A lot of trees, bushes and plants. Community pool, community parking. Basketball court, playground, clubhouse and community activities almost weekly. I don’t rent to couples per room. I don’t allow overnight guests. I prefer long term renters. 2 parking spots in driveway. One is mine and the other will stay open to use temporarily after shopping dropping off bags into house or for repair people. $200 security deposit plus one month’s rent to move in after background check passed. Rooms for rent starting July 15th or later. I’m easy to get along with. Consideration for others goes a long way.

Right now, it’s just me and my black lab. I’m an older female 55. I work part time at HomeGoods. I do smoke outside on porch when it’s not too brutally hot or freezing cold. If it is too hot or too cold, I’ll smoke in my bedroom with my backdoor open to blow out smoke. The enclosed porch will eventually have heat and a a/c window unit in it. It’s still unfinished for now.

I’m clean but not a neat freak. I just moved into house less than a month ago and I’m making a lot of repairs, painting the rooms and trying to make the house very comfortable and a place that reminds me of the houses I use to clean professionally when I lived in Philadelphia. I hope you like color.
