Located four blocks off of E. Carson Street, this two bedroom townhome is close to the Southside shops, walking distance from a Giant Eagle, and boasts access to plenty of bus stops and the Southside trails. A modern kitchen, spacious living room, balcony, basement game room/office, washer/dryer, and attached garage parking are just a few of the amenities.

The bedroom I’m offering is 15x9ft and has an ensuite full bathroom. Willing to offer the basement as a workspace, if needed. The rent price includes wifi and gas. We will split water and electric.

I will be the only other roommate. I’m 25 years old, starting a JD/Grad program at Pitt and CMU in the fall. I like to keep my spaces clean and tidy. I’d prefer to keep it relatively quiet during the week, but do like to socialize and go out on the weekends. Looking for someone who can fit that description, is easy to get along with, and will respect my space.
