About the room

$600 a month flat with no other costs. The room is furnished with a bed, nightstand and an AC unit in the summer. Nice, safe neighborhood, just a short walk away from several restaurants, parks and convenience stores along with a library and bus stop just down the hill. A quick 5 minute drive can get you to the heart of downtown or onto the highway. The living room has a 70 in. tv and large sofa and the kitchen is stocked with most basic supplies. The house has a washer and dryer, high speed internet, and parking.

It’s one female and me. We both tend to do our own things and chill in our rooms but still I’m easy going, clean, considerate, responsible and I work from home. We’re also both night owls as well.
