About the room
$600 a month flat with no other costs. Nice, safe neighborhood, just a short walk away from several restaurants, parks and convenience stores along with a library and bus stop just down the hill. A quick 5 minute drive can get you to the heart of downtown or onto the highway. The living room has a 70 in. tv and large sofa and the kitchen is stocked with most basic supplies. The house has a washer and dryer, high speed internet, and parking. The room will only be furnished with a rug.

About the roomies
It’s me and a transwoman that will be living here so obviously you have to be cool with that. I tend to do my own thing and chill in my room playing video games or watching movies but still I’m easy going, clean, considerate, responsible. I work from home and am a bit of a night owl as well. The other roommate is moving in at the end of the month so I don’t know too much about them
