Hello everyone, I own a 7000 square-foot dream home located in the northeastern part of Stafford in a waterfront community. The area has no crime and is very quiet. I have two friendly dogs who are brother and sister from the same litter. Most people out here own golf carts, ATVs and UTVs to drive around the local community. Most people in this community have boats and use the community dock. There are also a few waterfront properties for AirBnb’s for people who want to take a vacation. This area is a hidden gem for those who like the outdoor beach and quiet life rather than the city life. However, the city of Stafford is a short eight mile drive. To my south is a state park and to the north is a natural conservation. This location is on a peninsula and off the beaten path of Stafford. This area is truly beautiful.

I’m looking for a roommate willing to sign a lease for minimum of 6 months to one year, with the option to stay longer. I prefer someone responsible, clean, respectful and can pay their rent on time without issues. Matching 1st month deposit required upon signing of lease. Must be employed or have a set active income and no criminal history. Rent is $1000 per bedroom. This is a drug free home.
