Delete if not allowed! Me, my lovely roommate AK Sab, and my daughter Nya are looking for a roommate to move in! We have a 3 bedroom house with a finished basement, and 1 1/2 baths. We have all the amenities. Washer dryer, dishwasher, central ac/heat, garage, fenched in private backyard, and a driveway. We live in great area close to all the major groceries stores, and shops. At State & Fairview.

We are 29/31 and queer, Ariel is non-binary(any pronouns), and I go by she/her. I have a 7 year old daughter, and am a single mom. We are laid back, non-judgmental, and pretty much pro-everything! We pride ourselves on our home being a safe, and healing environment where all is welcome. We definitely want to preserve that with whomever we bring in!

About your space- A very large finished basement with plenty of storage! Of course with it being a basement we want to respect your privacy anyway we can. We are absolutely willing to put up any sort of divider at the top/bottom of the stairs. There is also a door that goes directly from the backyard to the top of the basement stairs. Downstairs has a single toilet, and sink.

We unfortunately cannot have pets due to our allergies.
