I have a fully renovated 5br/4ba house that I recently bought and moved into, and am looking to possibly rent out one of my spare rooms. There are 4 equally sized bedrooms upstairs you can choose from. I do have a queen bed and dresser in one that I use as a guest room, open to potentially renting that one furnished as is for slightly more. All rooms are spacious, there is a bathroom upstairs that would be your own, and you would have access to common areas, and the nice back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to 95 and everything along Garrisonville Rd. Utilities included.

I’m a 39yo single male with two cats, I run marketing for a tech company working from home a couple days a week and in office the rest. I’m very laid back and easy to live with. Open to spending time with potential roomies or keeping to ourselves depending on your preference and how we get along. Length of stay and rent negotiable depending on the situation.
