Great condo. Great room. Furnished. I realise that this is absolutely absurd, however the space is currently occupied. I will ask the current tenant to take a photo ASAP. Loads of entertainment very close by, including Avalon (2.5m) Halcyon 1 exit up 400. Swimming pool, tennis courts.
About the roomies
I am the only one living in the condo. I own it. Iām mellow and have very few requests of tenants. We keep our common areas tidy, and no worries about your space. I will never enter your space. Electric/gas/tv&internet are split.
