Studio-style basement unit available for rent starting August 1st, for one or two people. Willing to rent to and individual or couple. This is a studio style basement unit that is partially furnished with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The main room is ~380 sq. ft. + the kitchenette and the newly constructed bathroom. It shares an entrance with the rest of the house, but has doors separating it from the rest and is the only unit in the basement along with the laundry and storage room. The kitchenette will include a sink, refrigerator, cook top and counter and cabinet storage space. The room has 3 windows, one of which is a code compliant egress window. The optional furnishings include a queen size bed with brand new mattress, couch, table and chairs, dresser, and two nightstands. Gigabit internet is included, utilities are around ~$75 per month. Parking in the driveway or street is available. The house includes a storage room, garage, fenced yard, large front and back patios. Tenants of this unit would have access to the other communal spaces including the full size kitchen upstairs when needed.

Quiet and easy going. Currently 2 young adult professionals/graduate students at Colorado School of Mines. Enjoy the outdoors, physical activities, cooking, playing video and board games. No smoking, no wild parties, occasional alcohol consumption.
