Unfurnished, small room (10’ X 11’) includes wall AC, carpet, Comcast internet with Roku option for t.v. I can provide a Roku device. Additionally, this room contains a full closet with shelf, washer/dryer (shared with owner), sink, mirror, toilet. This room has central heat plus extra room heater if required and a private entrance.

Room is in older but fixed up and clean mobile home in a family mobile home park in south Hayward and is .95 miles from the nearest BART. I’ve successfully rented this room since 1998.

Owner is a mature, post-graduate retired female who is home most of the time with one old kitty so prefer female to share my home with because we share a shower and bedrooms share a wall. No drugs, alcohol, smoking or pets. Seeking a nice, reliable female to share my home. I consider room share like this to be a friendly business arrangement.

Rent is $700 monthly and includes full kitchen privileges. $650 for commuter. Depost is half the rent, $350. Current renter has a full bed and sheets she’d like to leave for $100. It’s only 1 year old with a memory foam mattress with white head and foot board. Very good condition.

I do require proof of covid vaccinations.
