Mike's room

Beautiful home in a very nice gated community! The house is two stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large living room, full kitchen, and yard. Only a quarter mile from Buchanan, you’re walking distance to a great track, basketball, tennis, and grass fields. The bathroom shower was recently remodeled, so the pictures have not been updated, but it’s a full shower with a glass door.

There are currently 3 guys. They all work full time and enjoy a quiet household. We are very respectful of each other’s space and belongings but are always down for games or socializing. Utilities are split 4 ways and average around $120 per month.
