Beautiful home in a very nice gated community! The house is two stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large living room, full kitchen, and yard. Only a quarter mile from Buchanan, you’re walking distance to a great track, basketball, tennis, and grass fields.

There are three roomies currently living here in their late 20’s, one women and two men. We work full time and enjoy a quiet household. We are very respectful of each other’s space and belongings but are very social and friendly. Utilities are split 4 ways and average around $120 per month per person.
