As the house owner, I live in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. Room upstairs is also available- check my second listing. I am happy to share my space with others, and I encourage open communication. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and only ask that tenants clean up after themselves. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m . and 8 a.m. during the week. I also have cat who must be respectfully tolerated.
