Cute and comfortable house close to Churchill Downs, the University of Louisville, and Germantown. 10 minutes to downtown. Fully furnished shared living room and kitchen. Cooking ware and eating utensils are included. Includes a shared washer and dryer. Nice backyard with a patio and fire pit. There is also ample street parking. This room includes a window air unit, walk in closet, personal half-bath, and private deck.

Please note that these pictures were taken with my rooomate still living here (She leaves at the end of July), therefore not everything you see in the pictures is included. Listing includes = bed (includes bedding), dresser, desk and chair. The space will be cleaned before you move in. NO pets allowed.

As the house owner, I live in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. I am happy to share my space with others, and I encourage open communication. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and only ask that tenants clean up after themselves. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m . and 8 a.m. during the week. I also have cat who must be respectfully tolerated.
