Spacious home with large balcony and lake view in a gated community. Pool, gym, and library! The room itself is small with a small closet, so you will have the hall closet as well. I left the room unfurnished so that you can choose the furniture you like depending on your needs. The house is kept very clean. Utilities and wifi included.

I am a health professional and do not smoke or use drugs. I like keeping my home clean and looking for a roomie who is also clean. I typically go to bed around 10pm and wake up between 6-8am. I have 2 awesome children ages 7 and 9 that live with me half time. The kids are well-behaved!
