There are 2 furnished rooms for $850 that are available to rent meaning you could be living with myself and one other person. If you want both rooms it would be $1400 a month for both rooms. All utilities are included. Background and credit score will be required as well as renters insurance. There is a $50 fee each month for each pet.

I own the home and I have a roommate that is moving out in April. I live on the top floor with my doggo and I am very easy going but I am neat and prefer to live with others who are as well. I work two jobs and have a cute maltipoo doggo named Louie that loves to snuggle and play with anyone and everyone!
