My home is 4 bed 2.5 bath! 2 bedrooms available. Can rent both for a cheaper price or just one!

Furnished Bedroom 2, 120sqft: comes with a queen bed, tv, dresser, lamp and nightstand

Partially furnished bedroom 3, 130 sqft: only comes with a queen bed ,frame, and dresser.
$850 month includes utilities (Gas, Water, Electric, Trash, Internet= averages about $150 month) Available July 1, 2024. Also includes common household cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponges, trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc)

I have 2 high prey-driven dogs so no cats.

The house is in NW ABQ. One of the safest neighborhoods in Albuquerque. Super close to Walmart, target, Costco, Sams club, etc. The backyard faces the mountains with incredible views. There is a park and wash basin great for dogs and hiking/walking right out of the backyard! Updated pictures can be sent to your phone or email upon request. Visitations in person accepted. Washer and dryer in house. All common rooms are furnished. Plenty of off street and garage driveway parking. There is one small cabinet space available for you if you have any of your own cooking supplies, as well as a very large pantry. All kitchen things are communal.

We have an espresso machine, air fryer, toaster, crock pot, BBQ, 2 fridge/freezers, oven, microwave, blender.

I have 2 well behaved and trained dogs. Owner: My name is Chelsea and I’m 23 years old. I am working towards my PhD in biomedical science. I like to watch movies, go out to restaurants, and go on trails. My boyfriend, Jeremy (25) works full time in ABQ. He loves to coach and play soccer. He likes to hike, play with the dogs, go out with his friends, and play soccer and video games. Our two dogs. Athena and Max. Athena is a full husky, 50 pounds, vocal when she wants to play only. Shy at first until she gets to know you. Two years old. Max, 65 pounds, husky Shepard mix we think. Around 3 years old (rescue). Off leash trained, and very well behaved. Gets excited and jumps when going on walks or meeting new people but we’re working on it. Both dogs do not chew on furniture, shoes, etc.

Priority will be given to a female who is very clean. If you do not like to clean your dishes each time you cook, share a bathroom, or do not like dogs, DO NOT APPLY OR INQUIRE PLEASE.
