The house is in NW ABQ. One of the safest neighborhoods in Albuquerque. Super close to Walmart, target, Costco, Sams club, etc. The backyard faces the mountains with incredible views. There is a park and wash basin great hiking/walking right out of the backyard! Updated pictures can be sent to your phone or email upon request. Visitations in person accepted. Washer and dryer in house. All common rooms are furnished. Plenty of off street and garage driveway parking. There is one small cabinet space available for you if you have any of your own cooking supplies, as well as a very large pantry. All kitchen things are communal.
We have an espresso machine, air fryer, toaster, crock pot, BBQ, 2 fridge/freezers, oven, microwave, blender.
I have 3 well behaved and trained dogs and one new puppy who will be going to board and train soon. Owner: My name is Chelsea and I’m 25 years old. I am working towards my PhD in biomedical science. I like to watch movies, go out to restaurants, and go on trails. My boyfriend, Jeremy (28)works full time in ABQ. He loves to coach and play soccer. He likes to hike, play with the dogs, go out with his friends, and play video games. Our three dogs. Athena Max and Togi. Athena is a full husky, 60 pounds, vocal when she wants to play only. Shy at first until she gets to know you. Two years old. Max, 65 pounds, husky Shepard mix. Around 8 years old (rescue). Off leash trained, and very well behaved. Gets excited and jumps when going on walks or meeting new people but we’re working on it. Both dogs do not chew on furniture, but do like flip flops and socks. Togi (new puppy) 6months old husky shepherd. He is very loving and playful and has gotten 3 weeks of board and train and gets more obedient every day.
Priority will be given to a female who is very clean. If you do not like to clean your dishes, share a bathroom, or do not like dogs, DO NOT APPLY OR INQUIRE PLEASE.
